Roasted Cauliflower

This is one of my FAVORITE summer time recipes, it's easy to make, good for you and delicious!


What you need:

2 Heads of Cauliflower

2 Tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp of Garlic Himalayan Sea Salt


What you do:

  1. Remove the greenery and cores from the cauliflower but do not break apart the head.

  2. Cover the cauliflower heads entirely using about 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil per head of cauliflower, make sure the head is covered and the surface is well coated in olive oil.

  3. Rub 1/2 Tbsp of garlic himalayan seat salt on each head.

  4. Place the heads on a cookie sheet/pan and put them in an oven at 450 degrees, cook until the surface is golden brown (about an hour - and hour and fifteen minutes).

  5. Remove the cauliflower from the oven, let cool, and dig in!
